About Josué Moreno (josuelmm)
Josué Moreno, known online as josuelmm, is a Computer Engineer and senior full-stack and mobile developer. In 2011 he founded Seelight, a studio that designs, builds and ships custom, enterprise-grade digital solutions, and he has run it ever since.
He is not tied to one kind of product. He has built hospital systems, invoicing platforms, appointment apps, HR management, parcel logistics, corporate sites, online stores and tracking platforms. If it can be described, it can be built: on the client side with Ionic, React and Angular; on the server side with Node.js (NestJS), Next.js and Laravel in TypeScript and JavaScript; and underneath, the infrastructure that keeps it in production.
He works with AI agents as support across the whole development cycle: prototypes in hours, tests, documentation and code review. That shortens deadlines and makes iterations cheaper without losing control over what ships.
He also has a product of his own and an uncommon specialty: telemetry and real-time tracking, with deeply modified Traccar servers, remote commands, hardware protocols and connected dashcams. More than a hundred operators across several countries run platforms that came out of his hands.
